To get the best out of our services, please follow these guidelines:

We recommend that you request an appointment at least a week in advance, to ensure finding an available appointment that suits your schedule. It is worth noting that some timeslots may become available due to last-minute changes to our schedule.

If you are not requesting a follow-up appointment with our physicians, you must provide us with as much information as possible about your health status upon booking an appointment. This will allow us to match you with the physician that is most suited to handle your case.
Please make sure to accurately enter your details (ID/residence number or file number) through the e-portal, and when you contact us by telephone, make sure to double-check your appointment data with the appointment scheduling officer to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment and give the timeslot to another patient, you can apply directly through the e-portal or by calling the unified number.
