IMC was the leader in opening a Patient and Family Education Center as it is essential to the healing process and to emphasize the importance of patient education and awareness, a dedicated center was opened in the main entrance of the hospital.  

Patient and Family educators are are always ready to engage with patients and their families to answer their questions and help them in understanding their health condition what they are experiencing, in addition to rectifying many common misconceptions regarding some illnesses. 

Patients can also read booklets, brochures and watch videos to enhance their knowledge on the nature of certain illnesses and the treatment options available. Countless studies have proven that the patient’s involvement in the decision-making process strengthens their confidence in the treatment, and develops a better doctor-patient relationship. All of these factors greatly increase the chances of recovery and help the patient in making an informed decision.
